“Ask not what Bitcoin can do for you – ask what you can do for Bitcoin.”
FRIDAY, AUGUST 29, 2014
The Chamber of Digital Commerce invites you to join the first ever Bitcoin Education Day on Capitol Hill on Friday, August 29, 2014. It is extremely important for the Bitcoin community to speak out to the federal government during the open comment period for the New York BitLicense proposed rules and regulations. Participants will be fully briefed in preparation and debriefed following the event. To paraphrase John F. Kennedy,’s announcement of the manned moon program:
“We choose to go to the blockchain. We choose to go to the blockchain in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one which we intend to win, and the others, too.”
